In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, the City Hall Library will be adorned with select works of art on display.

The exhibit is organized by Mr. Tam Kam Chiu, GMPSA (Grand Master, Photographic Society of America) and prize-winning author Dr. Lien Chao.
